NEW DPI REQUIREMENTS - SOME IL, MN AND WI COUNTIES
The following counties in Illinois, Minnesota and Wisconsin now require documents to be scanned at 300 DPI: Winnebago, IL; Blue Earth, MN; Cass, MN; Clay, MN; Dakota, MN; Lyon, MN; Kandiyohi, MN; Pope, MN; La Crosse, WI; Sheboygan, WI. We apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause.


NEW FEATURE - CANCELLING TRANSACTIONS
When a transaction is first sent to the county recorder, it may sit on our server for up to ten minutes until it gets picked up by our next submission cycle. During that interim period, transactions can now be CANCELLED, returning the transaction to Draft status and preventing it from going to the county. If a transaction has not yet been submitted to the county, you will see the new CANCEL option in the Actions field in the Transaction List. Once the transaction goes to the county, however, it can no longer be cancelled and we must wait for the county to record or reject it. Please submit a ticket through our Help page if you have any questions about this new feature.


NEW COUNTY - FRANKLIN, MO
Electronic recording is now available in Franklin County, MO. If Franklin County is not in your list of counties, please use the form on the Help page to request the county be added to your list.
